I will be honest with you. I am a hard working person and I tend to get to the point of burnout so many times. In my case, it helps to go away for a few days. I like going abroad with my husband, to another city. Eat the food there, drink a few glasses, go for walks. Then come back home. During the pandemic, I couldn’t do this because of the travelling restrictions. This was a huge demotivating factor for me and it was a hard time to work hard. I would get a nice bottle of wine (at affordable rates) and drink a few glasses. It helped. Then the pandemic ended and now I rarely drink because I can travel once again. This is what works for me.
