Drones in Bay area

Im looking for budget sollutions for drone filming in the bay area.
Anyone got any recomendations. We are filming on Alexa mini

I tried buying one of those radio controlled helicopters and attaching a very small full HD video camera to it.

Unfortunately during the pre-flight to first learn how to fly the helicopter before attaching the camera, I crashed it so many times that it later on hadn't the power to lift itstelf off the ground. I think Chinese produced radio controlled helicopters are garbage now.

So, if this would work as a solution to drone filming, I never found out. Bummer.
