If we have a studio for workshops, classes and shooting in a basement would that work for most people? It’s a little strange being in a basement but it give full control of the lighting and it could be cost effective.
In my opinion, it does not matter where you are. It matters what you can do. The end result matters most. If you can create a great short film in a basement, then it’s perfect! Also, just as you mentioned, you have full control of the lights there.
