The new DJI Mini 3 Pro comes with an Intelligent Flight Battery. This new battery is capable of a longer flight time than the previous model. The standard battery seems to offer an extended flight time of 34 minutes, however, you can upgrade it to an Intelligent Flight Battery Plus which offers you up to 47 minutes of extended flight time. However, the drawback to the extended battery is that the drone will weigth over 250 g.

The new drone from DJI seems promising but I am curious to see it in action before making a purchasing decision. It is great that it still weights under 249 g, even though not with the extended battery. Maybe they will make a better battery in the future that weights less. I remember when I had my old Nokia phone and the battery was huge…and now, the battery is so slim and powerful. Technological advancement is amazing.
