Join storyboard artist Anthony Sturmas for Halloween Horror: Storyboarding + AI, a live visual storytelling workshop exploring how composition, camera angles, lighting, pacing, and perspective turn a simple horror idea into a cinematic sequence.

Don’t just prompt AI. Direct it.

Explore a practical progression from idea → thumbnails → storyboards → AI-assisted visual exploration → final imagery. Anthony will explain how storyboard thinking gives your images a purpose: where the camera belongs, what the audience sees, and when a reveal lands.

Inside the workshop

  • Suspense before the reveal: use framing, perspective, and pacing to build anticipation.
  • Shots with intent: explore horror camera angles and shot choices that shape the viewer’s experience.
  • Atmosphere you can see: work with light, shadow, and color to suggest danger and mystery.
  • A world that feels unsettling: explore creepy characters, environments, and visual continuity.
  • AI with a director’s eye: use filmmaking language to write more specific prompts and evaluate the results.

Expect an exploration of suspense, atmosphere, anticipation, and visual storytelling, with live Q&A and a recording for on-demand viewing.
