Forums & Groups Conduct Policy
We encourage healthy debate and respectful discourse on our forums. It’s perfectly acceptable to express disagreement, such as saying, “I believe you, or other persons, are wrong.” However, derogatory language, personal attacks, and any kind of threat will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Calling someone ignorant, a tyrant, an idiot, or using any other slanderous, hateful language or threats will result in an immediate ban.
This policy applies to all members, and it extends to discussions about any person, including political candidates. Constructive disagreements are welcome; it’s okay to say, “we agree to disagree.” However, slander, personal attacks, threats, and abusive language have no place in this community.

This includes our free sections, paid membership areas, e-newsletters, featured articles, and print and digital editions of Student Filmmakers Magazine.
You keep authorship of your work. We do not claim ownership, but the license you grant us is unrestricted as to time, place, and medium.
You confirm that the content is yours to submit, that you have the right to grant this license, and that your submission does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Submitted content may appear in our free section and may also be moved to or retained in our paid membership sections at our discretion. We are not obligated to publish, keep, or continue displaying any submission.
